Escursione dall'Etna al MAreWelcome to the enchanting and imposing Mount Etna, an icon of Sicily’s wild beauty and natural power.

Our photographic tour offers you the opportunity to capture the grandeur of this active volcano, a place where the earth itself seems to awaken and dance with the sky.

Join us on our journey through breathtaking landscapes, with views that will leave you breathless at every turn.

Your eyes will be fascinated by the diversity of colors and shapes: from the black lava snaking along the slopes, to the pines and brooms of Etna that light up in golden hues during sunset.

Whether you are a professional photographer looking for new challenges or a travel enthusiast eager to take home indelible memories, our Etna photographic tour will be an unforgettable experience. Join Danilo and let yourself be carried away by the wild beauty of this natural gem, ready to be discovered and immortalized through your lens.

During this tour, we will walk through ancient paths, breathing the rarefied air that brings with it the scent of history and legend. It will be a complete sensory experience: feeling the wind brushing against your skin, listening to the hiss of volcanic rocks under your feet, and savoring the authentic flavors of Sicilian cuisine for breakfast.

And, of course, you’ll have the opportunity to capture every moment with your camera, capturing the magic of this unique place.

During this photographic tour, Danilo will guide you along some of the most wonderful routes, including:

  • Acitrezza, a place that needs no introduction. It’s a unique place that, under the right lighting conditions, is always soul-stirring!
  • Schiena dell’Asino, a magical place. You start at about 1800m altitude to reach a ridge at about 2100m, from where you have a beautiful view of the Southeast crater.
  • A “natural balcony” over the very dark Valley of Bove. With good visibility, you can see the bay of Giardini Naxos (and thus Taormina), but also Calabria and Catania.
  • And many other fascinating places worth capturing.

This tour is aimed at landscape photography enthusiasts, so it is desirable that participants have at least one camera that allows manual adjustment of shooting parameters, as well as a tripod. However, owning suitable equipment is not mandatory.

IMPORTANT: The tour varies depending on the season, weather conditions, and the interests of the participants. For the best photographic conditions, we recommend meeting a few hours before sunrise, before sunset, or at night (perhaps during the Perseid period).
The possibilities are diverse, including more challenging hikes, both due to choosing less touristy and more challenging routes (to reach better points for certain types of shots), and due to the weight of the photographic equipment carried.
Transportation costs are not included and must be confirmed at the time of booking.
