2. How do we collect your data?
Your data will be collected on the one hand, when you tell us. This may be e.g. for the data that you submit to us in an online form.

Normally date and time as well as the time zone of the beginning and end of use, the volume in bytes, the user IP address and the type of telemedia or telecommunication service used are recorded.
Insofar as the usage or traffic data are required for billing purposes (billing data), they are stored for a maximum of six months after the invoice has been sent, moreover only if and as long as the user raises objections to the bill or fails to pay the bill despite requesting payment.
If the data is required to fulfill existing statutory or contractual retention periods, we block the data.
2.2 Server Logfiles
Additional data will be collected automatically when visiting the website through IT systems. The collection of this information is automatic as soon as you enter our website. These are in particular technical data in the form of log files such as:

3.1 Contract data
We require, collect, process and store the data you give us when you order from us. When placing an order, the full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address are mandatory. In addition, we store and process data about the order and payment history.
3.2 Data that you store on our servers
The operation of the website collects, processes and stores data that you store on the server itself when you use our services and offers. This includes the creation of backup copies via the backup system.
We only store this data to the extent necessary to provide our services and obligations. Otherwise, the IP addresses are deleted or anonymized. We store your IP address when visiting our website to detect and ward off attacks as well as to prevent misuse for up to six months. In individual cases, such as abuse or misconduct within the legally required deadlines also longer.
4 Use of our webshop
If you want to order in our webshop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, that you provide your personal data, which we need for the processing of your order. Mandatory data required for the execution of the contracts are marked separately, further details are voluntary. We process the data provided by you to process your order. For this we can pass on your payment data to our house bank.
If necessary, we pass your data on to the subcontractor. The legal basis for this is GDPR, Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1. Failure to provide this data may result in the contract being unable to be concluded.
Due to commercial and tax regulations, we are obliged to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years.
For payment via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – “purchase on account” via PayPal, we will transfer your payment data to Paypal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter “PayPal”), further. PayPal reserves itself for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – “purchase on account” via PayPal the execution of a credit check. The result of the credit check on the statistical probability of default is used by PayPal for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit information can contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the results of the credit rating, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. In the calculation of the score values, inter alia, address data is incorporated.
5. Disclosure of data to third parties
As part of the contract, we only transfer personal data to third parties, if necessary, these are:
- partners in Italy for tour processing
- for payment processing commissioned credit institutions
- in tax law work processes
- in collection and reminder procedures
- in legal complaint
A transfer of your data to third parties without explicit consent, such as for advertising purposes, does not occur.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or precontractual measures.
6. Right to information, cancellation, blocking
As part of the Federal Data Protection Act, you have a right to information as well as a right to correction, blocking and deletion of your stored data. If deletion conflicts with statutory, contractual or commercial or tax-related retention periods or other legally prescribed reasons, instead of a deletion, only a blocking of your data can take place.
