Favignana is the pearl of the Egadi Islands and the largest in the archipelago. It offers breathtaking views, peace and tranquility – the perfect setting for our wine experience!
Favignana is the ideal starting point for visiting the archipelago. A holiday on the island of Sicily, on the outskirts of Trapani, allows you to combine beach life, snorkeling, sea excursions, visit of Norman castles, good food and beautiful landscapes.
The island of Favignana is 9km long and 4km wide, with a total of 33km of coast, and is known and inhabited since ancient times.
The current name, of medieval origin, comes from the Favonio wind which blows from the west and has contributed to shaping the forms of the island.
OUR ANYWAYS.EXPERIENCE: wine tasting
This experience dedicated to the sense of taste wants to tell about a territory through its wines, in particular through the wines of Favignana and the territory of Firriato. 
Designed for you, it is a real emotional journey in the only vineyard of the Egadi Islands. Walking among the rows of the vineyard, you will feel the presence of Posidonia and, with a little luck, you will also find marine fossils among the furrows of the earth.
Together with agronomists, you will walk along the 5 hectares of biological vineyard. They will tell you the secrets of this vineyard dedicated to the production of Perricone and Nero d’Avola, Zibibbo and Grillo.
During this wine experience, your glass will be filled with 6 different wines and you will make a complete journey into the eno-sensorial universe of Sicily.
The six different labels are the result of microclimates and Sicilian vines, through which you will know the enological excellence of Sicily, which has been able to enhance its territory by combining innovation with tradition.
Through this experience, you will have the opportunity to make a journey to discover the scents and flavours of a sun-kissed Sicily. Here, the products of the countryside and the sea meet their ideal wine and offer intense flavors, for true connoisseurs.
