PASTA WITH ANCHOVIES

We can also put pasta with anchovies and breadcrumbs on this list.
It’s a simple, delicious recipe that can be prepared very quickly and is a real treat for the palate!
RECIPE: PASTA WITH ANCHOVIES AND BREAD CRUMBS
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
400 gr spaghetti
5 or 6 anchovies in salt (alici or acciughe)
Breadcrumbs (or the inside of dry bread)
1 sprig of fresh parsley
1 clove of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Boil some lightly salty water in a pan.
Cook the spaghetti until they are al dente.
In the meantime, wash the anchovies under running water to remove excess salt and fillet them.
Heat the oil, garlic and chili in a pan. Add the finely chopped anchovies and cook with a little pasta boiling water until it becomes creamy.
Heat some oil in a separate pan and add the breadcrumbs to brown them.
Drain the pasta al dente and add it to the pan with the anchovy cream.
Add the toasted breadcrumbs and serve with a pinch of chopped parsley.
