    Caccia al tartufo MoliseA family-run business has been dedicated for generations to the collection and transformation of an ancient treasure: truffles. Vincenzo, a young entrepreneur and heir to this tradition, inherited the passion from his grandfather Vito, who discovered the world of truffles during his days in the woods of Busso.

    The company, in addition to telling a fascinating story, offers a unique experience in the heart of Molise. The visit begins with a warm welcome at 10:00, accompanied by a welcome coffee. During the forest excursion, guests are guided by faithful truffle dogs, following in the footsteps of Vincenzo and his grandfather. The return to the company is an opportunity for a visit to the modern truffle processing laboratory, where tradition blends with innovation.

    You will learn the secrets of truffle hunting and be part of an authentic and engaging experience. After the exciting excursion, you will relax with an exclusive aperitif based on freshly harvested truffles. You will savor the true essence of Molise through a tasting that celebrates the freshness and authenticity of our culinary treasures.
