Vigevano is a pearl of the Renaissance. A “sweet-box” full of charm in the province of Pavia, just a few kilometers from Milan.
Protected by mighty walls, this well-kept village is rich in history and traditions. A place open to art, music and international events.
Just 7km from Vigevano, we visit the king of our sensory experience: the artisanal chocolate.
During this workshop, you will discover the delicious and fascinating world of chocolate production.
To begin with, our chocolate masters will tell you about the history of cocoa, plantations, cocoa pods and processing phases.
Then it’s time to practice. They help you to process the chocolate and create a tasteful work of art.
Tempering, modeling, making filled chocolates etc.: you have the opportunity to shape the chocolate like the great masters and discover their secrets.
After all, the experience focuses on decorating with chocolate and tasting the manufactured products.
Let yourself be seduced by the taste! Challenge your senses with ANYWAYS and discover with us the beauty of a chocolate-flavored creation.
