Description

The flavours of Lago di Bracciano!

We are located just 30 km from Italy’s capital, in Bracciano, a beautiful village between Rome and Viterbo.

Among the beaches of the lakefront, the Orsini-Odalscalchi Castle of the fifteenth century, the ancient churches and medieval alleys, this village offers a fantastic view of the picturesque lake and a thousand-year-old history.
Enjoy the calm and peace serving as a perfect setting for our show cooking.

An expert cook will show and explain to you step by step the preparation of five typical recipes using seasonal products.

A sommelier will serve you local wine to accompany the dishes.

In order to further appreciate each flavour, you can challenge your senses with a blind tasting.
