In this landscape, an experience dedicated to the sense of taste and the production of “rosolio” will take place. Together we will see how these traditions are still well rooted and passed on to the next generation. You will have the opportunity to taste the sincere flavours that every herb, every shrub, every plant or fruit has and discover the beneficial properties.
Rosolio is an ancient liqueur produced with alcohol and rose petals. The preparation method is the same used for many other liqueurs. All you need is water, sugar, alcohol and sun. You will learn how to make both Rosolio and other liqueurs made from local plants enabling you to retry it at home.
The experience ends with a small tasting of local products.
