Description

THE HIGH-PLATEAU RENON

The Renon plateau is a hiking paradise not far from the city of Bolzano. No more than 16km away from the city, it rises about 1,000m a.s.l. between the rivers Isarco and Talvera. Located a short distance from the capital, it is easily reached by a cable car. The photographic tour dedicated to this area will be a unique opportunity to discover this area of Trentino Alto Adige characterized by numerous paths, flat and mountainous areas.

The Renon is considered a wonderful mountain area. From this suggestive plateau, you can enjoy a distinctive view of the Dolomites, a World Heritage Site.

What makes this plateau so special is above all its strategic position and the variety of its landscape: from low-altitude vineyards to high mountain vegetation, interspersed with earth pyramids, a bizarre phenomenon of natural erosion.

Above the grassy and wooded slopes of the Isarco and Adige valleys rise the majestic Dolomite peaks and the glaciers of the southern slopes of the Alps.

ANYWAYS.EXPERIENCE: THE PHOTOGRAPHIC TOUR ON THE RENON PLATEAU

During this tour dedicated to the sense of sight, we will explore this enchanting landscape through the lens of a camera.photographic tour Renon

The photo tour will start from the cable car station with a brief theoretical introduction on photography techniques (diaphragms, times, depth of field).

Together with our expert photographer, you will walk along a path that leads to the lake of Costalovara, a small mountain lake that is among the ten cleanest in Italy.

The points of interest of this photo tour on the Renon plateau will be related to human architecture (such as houses and churches) and natural architecture (meadows, the lake,etc.).

During this experience, different genres of photography will be presented, such as the portrait set, the landscape, the reportage, and street photography.

You will focus on composition rules and framing, following the concept of colour and black and white.

The photographic tour will be accompanied by a small taste of local speck and a good glass of wine.
