Truffle hunting in the Marches region? Come to Force!
Force is a small and characteristic medieval village in the province of Ascoli Piceno in the Marches. Because of its happy location, equally far from the sea and the mountains, this village enjoys impressive natural landscapes between mountains, forests, valleys and views of the Adriatic Sea.
This area is known for the work of the famous boiler builders who have been forging copper objects for domestic and decorative use for over half a millennium.
In this setting, in the magical region of the truffles, nestled between the gentle hills of the Marches, there is a beautiful farmhouse.

Nestled in complete tranquility, in a panoramic position, 30 minutes from the sea and 30 minutes from Sibillini National Park, this country house has been restored taking into account the local architectural tradition.
The brick floors, wooden beams and fittings as well as the stone fireplaces reflect the atmosphere and warmth of the past between old elegance and rural traditions.
ANYWAYS.EXPERIENCE: TRUFFLE HUNTING AND COOKING CLASS, ASCOLI PICENO – MARCHES
This tour is dedicated to the sense of smell.
During this experience you will actually be looking for smells, the truffle’s ones.
The agriturismo is surrounded by oak trees, which produce it in a natural way. Accompanied by Paolo, the owner of the farm, we look for truffles.
Back from the hunt, the second part of the tour, is a mini cooking course. With Paolo we prepare fresh homemade tagliatelle with fresh truffles.
A starter, a dessert, coffee and wine complete the gastronomic experience of this tour.
