The colors in autumn are enchanting and summer walks lead to beautiful villages, old palaces, castles and mansions.
Well yes. There are many reasons to visit the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The most famous places are Alba, Barolo, La Morra, Barbaresco, but here we are in Dogliani, a small ancient village, and more precisely in Dogliani Castello, the upper and medieval part. A place with a quality wine soul that has remained calm, fascinating and linked to conscious tourism.
Here we find historical shops, passionate artisans, artistic and gastronomic projects.
Visiting this place means getting to know the people who live here. It’s so easy to get acquainted with them, because even before words, it’s their gestures and their works that welcome you.
ANYWAYS EXPERIENCE: PAINTING WORKSHOP, PAINT THE LANGHE WITH US
In this romantic setting will take place our artistic workshop dedicated to the sense of sight and one of the most beautiful areas in Italy: the Langhe.
Teresita is our local artist. “I always, always, always draw. Because it’s my life. I can’t do without drawing.” His passion is the same as it was at the age of 24 when she began her career as an art teacher at the school in her village Dogliani.
“I remember my students’ drawings. Yesterday a former student who is now a doctor came to me and I said to her – Francesca, do you remember when you made this drawing with that pink color in the background? – she looked at me questioningly off … but yes, I remember their drawings.”
Today she exhibits her paintings in exhibitions, continues to teach and draw, she uses oil, pastel, watercolor as well as elaborate techniques such as etching.
During this workshop, Teresita welcomes you in Dogliani.
She teaches you to interpret details around you in a personalized artistic version. Let yourself be carried away by her enthusiasm and create your little work of art with her. Be there and take part in our “PAINTING WORKSHOP: PAINTING THE LANGHE WITH US”.

Before leaving, if you happen to see a “Cargo Bike”, the traditional and historic ice cream bike of the 1950s, stop there for a coffee. This curious vehicle, entirely decorated by Teresita and built by Gruppo Volontari Castello c’è (Volunteer Association Castello c’è), re-proposes “la piazza” (the square) as a meeting place and conviviality. Because Dogliani is also this: “simplicity, conviviality, community, hospitality and a container full of positive energy”.
