This experience is dedicated to the production of craft beer.
It involves all our senses and helps us discover the technique of brewing:
smell – through the intense fragrances of a brewery; taste – by sipping various beers; touch – through contact with the basic ingredients (malt and hops) used to create a tasty drink; sight and hearing with the vision of new input and sounds of the production.
About 6km from the center of Viterbo, the master brewer will give you interesting facts and stories, and illustrate the production phases and the processing techniques. You will taste 3 types of beer, both classic and seasonal, that are a result of creativity and good taste of the master brewer. The beer tasting will be accompanied by combinations of “salumi” and cheese typical of the area.
During this experience, you will discover some curiosities and end the day with a better awareness of what is behind this world.
