THE EVOLUTION OF A SHEET OF PAPER

POP UP and KIRIGAMI: Sense of touch and a sheet of paper, the undisputed protagonists of this workshop!

The experience is dedicated to an oriental technique of carving and folding paper.
Starting from a single sheet, an experienced teacher will take you to a world of multiple dimensions made of paper.

This workshop will take place in the historic center of Acqui Terme, a town built in the magnificent area of Alto Monferrato that boasts an ancient history.

During this experience, in a workshop a few steps from Piazza della Bollente with the monumental fountain from which sulfur water flows at a constant 72°C and that was already known in ancient Rome, you will learn what the Kirigami is (the term derives from the Japanese words kiru (cut) and kami (paper) and you will learn the basic techniques of folding paper tomake an original Kirigami.

Enjoy an ancient art in a city surrounded by legends, in a land well-known for its unforgettable wines and tasty food.

Discover new things and surprise yourself by seeing with your own eyes what your hands are capable of realizing, with the help of an experienced teacher.

The experience will be accompanied by great food and wine.
