ANYWAYS EXPERIENCE: HANDS IN THE DOUGH
Together with Donna Elena, guardian of traditional Molisana cuisine, you’ll get your hands in the dough and learn to create the typical pasta shapes of the region – using local flours and seasonal ingredients, some of which are grown in the residence’s garden.
In autumn and winter, the experience includes a walk through the fields to gather wild herbs.
Then it’s time to sit at the table!

Can you tell a good olive oil from a bad one? After this tasting workshop – you will!
Giulia has revived the historic production of “Donna Giulia EVO” extra virgin olive oil, from the century-old olive grove surrounding the residence.
You’ll discover what makes extra virgin olive oil so special, listen to stories about ancient olive trees, and learn to recognize the aromas and flavors of a product that lies at the heart of Italian tradition.
The workshop ends with a picnic among the olive trees. Selected local products are served in handmade wicker baskets crafted by a local artisan. You’ll savor the intense flavors of the region, the breeze between the trees, and the peace of the countryside.
